SWAADESH Shipping Policy & Information
At Swaadesh, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in excellent condition, and always on time. We believe in efficient, reliable shipping to ensure your products reach you smoothly.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days from the date the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). We deliver to locations across India and worldwide.
Delivery Timelines & Tracking
- Delivery Window: All domestic orders are delivered by our courier partners between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending entirely on your location.

Delivery Methods & Weight Categories
To provide you with the most cost-effective and reliable shipping, we categorize our shipments into two types based on weight:
- Small Parcels (Below 10 kg): These orders are dispatched via standard courier and postal services, including India Post, Tirupati, Maruti, and other leading domestic courier networks.
- Big Parcels (More than 10 kg): Heavy or bulk orders are shipped via major transport and logistics networks such as VRL Logistics, TCI Freight, or Safexpress, depending on which service offers the best and safest reach directly to your location.
Note: For international shipments, we partner with premier global agencies such as FedEx, DHL, and local destination postal networks to ensure global reach.
Shipping Charges
- Customer Responsibility: All shipping and freight charges are paid by the customer.
- Variable Rates: There are no fixed shipping fees. Charges are calculated dynamically based on the final catalog/parcel weight, your delivery pin code, the mode of payment, and the selected transport service.
- Refundability: Please note that all shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.
Taxes, Duties, & Customs
- Domestic (India): Applicable GST will be calculated and charged as specified at checkout.
- International Customers: International packages are marked and sent for personal use only.
