How to place order ?
1. Browse our collection and add the products you want to your cart.
2. Take a screenshot of your cart.
3. Send the screenshot to us on WhatsApp: +91 7067500166.
4. We'll check availability and confirm your order.
5. Once confirmed, we'll generate your bill and your order will be placed.
How your selected item is dispatched?
1. Small orders — shipped via Indian Post.
2. Large/bulk orders — shipped via transport service, selected based on your location (or tell us your preferred transport, and we'll use that).
3. COD (Cash on Delivery) orders — shipped only via Indian Post."
Is COD available?
Yes, COD is available! Please note that COD charges are on the higher side and will be paid by the receiver at the time of delivery. Also, a small advance deposit of ₹1500 is required to confirm your COD order.
Is return option is available?
Damaged/Faulty: Got a damaged or faulty piece? We'll replace it — or suggest an alternate if that exact one isn't available, or refund you if you'd prefer. Just claim within 4 days of delivery, with an unboxing video as proof.
Didn't Like It: Not happy with your product? You can request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery (no refunds in this case, just a swap). Item should be unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
